where is my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received this email, please check your spam or junk folder. Alternatively, you can log into your account on our website and view the status under “Order History.”

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We apologize for the mistake! Please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

I am missing an item from my order.

If an item is missing from your order, first check your shipping confirmation email to see if it was shipped separately. If not, contact our Customer Support with your order number, and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately, and we may not be able to make changes or cancellations. However, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

I received an order confirmation, but I haven’t received a shipping confirmation. What’s going on?

Why was my order canceled?

Orders can be canceled for various reasons, such as payment issues, stock unavailability, or a problem with the shipping address. You should have received an email explaining the reason. If you did not receive this email or need further assistance, please contact our Customer Support.

I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address. Can I update it?

If you realize that you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, contact our Customer Support immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. If the order has already shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to reroute your package.

Can I return an item that I ordered?

Coupon Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Coupons and promotional codes are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. VOID RED reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and to refuse coupon redemption if eligibility requirements are not met.

Coupon Usage: Coupons and promotional codes may only be used as specified on the coupon and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless stated otherwise. Coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Expiry Date: Coupons are valid for a specific period, which is indicated on the coupon or promotional materials. VOID RED reserves the right to refuse redemption of expired coupons or codes.


Limitations: Only one coupon per transaction per customer. Coupons are limited to use in VOID RED’s official UK website or store unless otherwise specified. Any attempt to manipulate or misuse coupons, including but not limited to reselling or transferring, will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of the coupon.

Refunds and Returns: In the event of a return, any refunded amount will reflect the price after the coupon discount has been applied. Coupons will not be reissued or refunded.


Changes and Termination: VOID RED reserves the right to modify or withdraw coupon offers at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect any coupons already redeemed but may impact future offers.


Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
