All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Go to "My Orders".
- Locate the order you wish to return.
- Click the "View/Track Order" button.
- Click the "Ask for a Refund" button.
- Complete the return request form.
Upon submitting your return request, you will receive a returns form via email as a PDF. Please print this form and include it in your return package along with a brief explanation for the return.
Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly on the outside of the package, along with the following return address:

Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original condition, including all original packaging materials and any attached tags.
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges (unless we are at fault or item is faulty). We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, £6.99 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

Yes, we offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. To exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code can be returned for store credit only. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes, items purchased with a gift card can be returned. The refund will be issued back to the gift card used for the original purchase.
At this time, items purchased in-store must be returned to the original place of purchase. Online purchases can only be returned through our online Returns Portal.
If you use the prepaid return shipping label provided, you can track the status of your return using the tracking number included with the label. If you used your own shipping method, please refer to your carrier’s tracking information.
